Responsibilities
Handle business, shareholder, and partnership disputes
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions and represent clients in hearings and mediations
Work closely with business clients and firm leadership
Collaborate across practice groups
Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
Colorado Bar admission in good standing
Minimum of 4 years of business litigation experience
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Interest in long-term growth with a dynamic firm
